About Us

With the Vermont Environmental Protection Rules always changing one must work hard to understand what to do next. One of the newer changes now requires that every undeveloped lot, existing house, or business to have a complete design that meets the technical portion of the rules after July 1, 2007. Revisions to the rules are scheduled to take effect again this year. One of the proposed revisions may allow no replacement system when installing a mound type system. One other proposed rule revision called "clean slate" allows any home or subdivision to be exempt from all previous permitting requirements if substantially complete prior to January 1, 2007. Would like to stay current with the revisions? I am your answer. I am your septic guy - with solutions to your septic issues. Below is a little background on myself.

Âº Graduated from Vermont Technical College in 2001, with an associates degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology. Currently trying to intern to qualify for licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor. Preparation of tree inventory maps on geographical information system software, for Tree works a nationally awarded tree preservation company. Successfully designed hundreds of septic systems, several water systems, water monitoring plans, and municipal connections. Worked with Bruce W. Pion from 2001 to 2003. Inside Septitech sales support and commercial pump station expert, at Griswold 2004. Referred by may well respected businesses and developers.
